Welcome to Metron (“the Platform”), a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform designed to track performance metrics of crypto projects and provide transparency to investors through a private data room. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our services. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

We use the following terms throughout this document:

• User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
• Investor: A verified user granted access to performance data in the private data room.
• Project: Any entity listed on the Platform whose financial and operational data is being tracked.
• Performance Metrics: Data related to a project's financial health, token allocation, treasury management, and other relevant metrics.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where the use of DeFi services is prohibited.

4. Services Provided

The Platform offers the following services:

• Data Aggregation & Analytics: The Platform aggregates on-chain and off-chain performance metrics of listed projects.
• Private Data Room: Accredited investors can request access to real-time performance data.
• Transparency & Reporting: The Platform provides automated reporting tools to evaluate investment performance.

5. Data Access & Privacy

The Platform manages data access as follows:

• Investor Access: Investors must verify their identity before accessing the private data room.
• Project Data: Projects must grant permission for their data to be displayed on the Platform.
• Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability. Users should conduct independent due diligence.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Not manipulate or falsify data displayed on the Platform.

7. Risks & Disclaimers

The following disclaimers apply:

• The Platform does not provide financial or investment advice.
• Users acknowledge that investing in crypto projects carries inherent risks, including loss of funds.
• The Platform is not responsible for inaccuracies in project data.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if:

• A user violates these Terms.
• A regulatory authority requires suspension.
• The Platform undergoes maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses or data inaccuracies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Metron operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Acknowledgement

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
